How do I make payments?

When will my payment be reflected?

I'm unable to make a payment to my Hatch Card with my linked bank account. What other ways can I pay my account to get it into good standing?

How do I make payments?

You can make payments on your existing balance by simply visiting Payments in your Hatch Dashboard.

When will my payment be reflected?

Although we will consider your payment received on the day you send it, all payments are processed through bank ACH transfers, which require 3-4 business days to settle. Successful payments will be reflected on your Hatch Dashboard as soon as the payment processes. At that time, your available credit will reflect the payment.

Can I set up autopay?

Yes! If you would like to enable autopay, simply login to your account, click on the ‘Payments’ menu, then click on the ‘Manage Bank Accounts’ tab. You will then be able to select the business bank account that you would like to schedule the payments through and manage your preferences.

 I'm unable to make a payment to my Hatch Card with my linked bank account. What other ways can I pay my account to get it into good standing?

If you cannot make your payment via a linked bank account, Hatch can accept payment through a debit card or check. Successful debit card payments will be settled within 1-2 business days. Successful check payments will be settled only after the payment has been received via mail and cleared at your bank. 

  • For debit card payments, please click here. Please make sure to use the same e-mail address and name so we can apply the card payment to your Hatch account. If your e-mail or name does not match what we have on file, your card payment may be delayed or returned. 
  • For check payments, please include your name (if not sent from your personal account), the business name, and the last four digits of your Hatch card in the memo section. Checks should be written to Hatch Credit, Inc. and can be mailed to the following address:
