 Can I increase my credit limit? 

We are not currently processing requests to increase credit limits. Over time, depending on business growth and repayment activity, it's possible that your line of credit may be increased.

What is my billing address?

The billing address associated with your Hatch Card is the business address that you provided in your application. Please ensure you enter the correct billing address for all online purchases, otherwise your transactions may be declined. 

If you have a home address and a business address, your billing address will be the same as your business address.

How can I close my account?

Please email us at help@hatchcard.com to close your account.

Can I delete my Information?

Federal law requires that we obtain, verify and record information that identifies the individual applying for up to 7 years. As such we cannot delete application information at this time.
